Cloud-based quantum computing has emerged as a solution to the challenges of operating and maintaining physical quantum systems, as well as the high costs and specialised expertise required to access them. This paradigm democratises access to remote quantum computers through cloud services, enabling the practical deployment of quantum applications. However, current quantum cloud computing environments are characterised by heterogeneous quantum backends with varying capabilities, noise levels, and availability patterns. The limitations of Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) devices create distinct scheduling and orchestration complexities that are compounded by the hybrid nature of quantum-classical workflows, where quantum tasks must be seamlessly integrated with classical processing steps. Additionally, current quantum computing resources are limited in capacity and costly, requiring efficient resource utilisation. These challenges are further exacerbated by the dynamic nature of quantum computing environments and the need to balance execution fidelity with time constraints in practical quantum applications. Hence, quantum cloud providers require adaptive quantum application deployment and sophisticated resource management techniques to harness the full potential of quantum computing tailored for application-specific scenarios while accommodating the inherent limitations of current quantum hardware and software. This thesis focuses on adaptive resource management solutions for quantum cloud computing environments by developing serverless architectures for seamless quantum application deployment and reinforcement learning-based techniques for efficient task orchestration with time-aware and fidelity-aware optimisation. Because NISQ devices are inherently noisy and time-sensitive, we propose serverless architectures to manage the complexities of quantum task scheduling and hybrid quantum-classical workflow integration. Furthermore, because the dynamic nature of NISQ-era quantum systems challenges efficient resource utilisation, we introduce reinforcement learning-based techniques to address quantum hardware heterogeneity and optimise dynamic backend selection. The thesis advances the state-of-the-art by aligning these solutions with the following key contributions: 1. A comprehensive systematic mapping study and taxonomy of quantum cloud computing from different aspects, including service models, platforms, applications, resource management approaches, security, and privacy. 2. A holistic Quantum Function-as-a-Service framework that enables seamless integration of quantum computation within classical cloud environments through serverless architecture with adaptive backend selection and cold start mitigation strategies. 3. A comprehensive modelling and discrete-event simulation framework for quantum computing environments that facilitates systematic evaluation of quantum resource management algorithms, incorporating realistic quantum system models and multi-use case support. 4. A novel deep reinforcement learning-based approach for time-aware quantum task placement using the Deep Q-Network technique to adapt to dynamic quantum cloud environments and optimise task completion efficiency. 5. A fidelity-aware quantum task orchestration framework using deep reinforcement learning that effectively balances execution fidelity and time constraints in NISQ-era quantum systems through noise-aware performance modelling and Proximal Policy Optimisation approaches. 6. Nhóm “fan cuồng” này đã thức trắng nhiều đêm trong suốt hai tháng, kể từ ngày mất của Steve Jobs, để hoàn thành cuốn sách.Lấy ý tưởng từ chiếc iPad, trang bìa ấn tượng của cuốn “Steve Jobs – The Power of Think Different” có đầy đủ các biểu tượng thú vị. Từ cột sóng 3G mà ngày nay đã quá phổ biến với tín đồ công nghệ đến nút nhấn duy nhất đã làm thay đổi cả nền thông tin di động trên thế giới, thanh trượt quen thuộc mời độc giả “mở để đọc”. Các con số đều ẩn chứa thông điệp đặc biệt, 19h:30 thứ tư, 5/10/2011 đúng là giờ phút định mệnh thế giới mất đi thiên tài công nghệ thông tin. Cột pin dừng lại ở 56% - số tuổi tung hoành trên trần thế của “chàng lãng tử” ngang ngược Steve Jobs.Câu nói nổi tiếng của Steve Jobs: “Những kẻ đủ điên loạn để nghĩ rằng họ có thể thay đổi thế giới cũng chính là những người có thể làm được điều đó” đã cộng hưởng cảm xúc của độc giả với những phát ngôn gây sốc khác được nhấn mạnh trên bìa như: “Muốn thành công, phải dám thất bại chín lần”, “Đôi khi cuộc đời nện gạch vào đầu bạn, đừng mất niềm tin”, “Làm người giàu nhất trong nghĩa trang thì chẳng có ý nghĩa gì. Có thể tự nhủ với bản thân mỗi tối trước khi đi ngủ rằng tôi đã làm được những điều thật tuyệt vời mới là điều quan trọng”…Sách có in kèm các trang phụ bản màu những hình ảnh ấn tượng trong hành trình cuộc đời của Steve Jobs và đặc biệt là tuyển tập hình biếm họa độc đáo nhất các nét vẽ lừng danh trên thế giới, một nửa thần tượng, ca ngợi, một nửa chê bai, công kích “trùm sát thủ công nghệ” lắm tài nhiều tật.Những tư tưởng gây sốc: “Học cao không chí chẳng ích gì”, “Thà làm hải tặc còn hơn gia nhập hải quân”, “Chỉ tuyển dụng những đỉnh của đỉnh”… từng khiến Steve Jobs bị gọi là kẻ ngông cuồng, ngang ngược hàng đầu, không chỉ của thung lũng silicon mà của thế giới. Ít ai biết được, câu phỏng vấn nổi tiếng đầy cảm hứng của Steve với một trong những người đứng đầu tập đoàn giải khát hàng đầu thế giới Coca Cola để về với Apple: “Anh muốn tiếp tục làm một gã cả đời đi bán nước ngọt hay muốn làm thay đổi thế giới?”Nhiều lần thất bại cay đắng, không ít cơ hội bị đẩy ra khỏi cuộc chơi. Thế nhưng, Steve Jobs chưa bao giờ nản lòng, và cũng không dừng lại trên đỉnh bất kì thành công nào, luôn khắt khe với chính mình và với cả cuộc sống, luôn tìm tòi, nghi ngờ ngay cả với những gì hoàn hảo. Niềm tin mãnh liệt vào chặng đường phía trước và sức sáng tạo tuyệt vời của Steve Jobs, cho đến tận những giây phút cuối cùng, trong cuộc chiến đấu căng thẳng quyết liệt với căn bệnh ung thư tuyến tụy, đã làm thay đổi cả thế giới.Trong hơn ba trăm trang sách với hàng trăm hình ảnh sinh động hiếm có, cuốn sách đã phác họa một chân dung sống động và thú vị về thiên tài của thung lũng silicon. “Steve Jobs – sức mạnh của sự khác biệt” thêm một lần khẳng định rằng cả thế giới đã nhớ điên cuồng một trong những cái đầu vĩ đại, có sức ảnh hưởng sâu sắc và rộng lớn nhất toàn cầu. Dương Anh Đức*Tóm tắt:  Trong những năm gần đây, trí tuệ nhân tạo nói chung và máy học nói riêng đã có rất nhiều ứng dụng thành công trong thực tế. Có thể kể đến một số ứng dụng như: xe tự hành, trợ lý ảo, trí tuệ nhân tạo trong game,... Nói về lịch sử, ngành trí tuệ nhân tạo đã có từ rất lâu hàng nửa thế kỷ trước. Tuy nhiên, những ứng dụng thực tế gần đây mới nở rộ do nhiều yếu tố hội đủ như: nhu cầu xã hội cao, khối lượng dữ liệu ngày càng nhiều, tài nguyên tính toán mạnh hơn, cũng như cộng đồng nghiên ngày càng đông đảo hơn. Đi cùng với đó là sự quan tâm của xã hội đối với ngành học đầy tiềm năng này. Do đó, Giáo trình Các kỹ thuật Học sâu và Ứng dụng được viết với mục đích hỗ trợ cho các bạn sinh viên khối ngành công nghệ thông tin có thể tiếp cận được các kiến thức mới trong vài năm gần đây về kỹ thuật học sâu (deep learning), một trong những thành tựu quan trọng tạo nên các ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo gần đây. Một số môn học có thể sử dụng cuốn sách này để tham khảo như: Máy học, Thị giác máy tính nâng cao, Xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên nâng cao, Các kỹ thuật học sâu và ứng dụng.  Đối tượng của cuốn sách này: Tất cả các bạn học sinh, sinh viên có niềm đam mê với trí tuệ nhân tạo, yêu thích lập trình, có nền tảng toán giải tích, thống kê, đại số tuyến tính tốt.
